RETURN POLICY FOR PILLOW/TOWELS/BATHROBE/ BED SHEETS / MATTRESS PROTECTOR/ TOPPER/ DUVET/DUVET COVER

 

Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged, stained or you’ve received the wrong item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping. 

We cannot issue any refunds for the return of certain items, including:

  • Any item that has a return post-mark dated after the 7 day return period. 
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, has been used, or is damaged. 
  • Any item that has been exposed to pet hair, smoke or perfume
  • Any custom made products.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR YOUR MATTRESS

 

Should you decide to return your SleepHappy mattress you can reach out to our customer experience team by calling +66 (0) 2 258 5770, +66 94 773 2598 or emailing us at (info@sleephappy.co.th).

 Once we receive your return request, we will help you gather the necessary information (including images of your mattress) and provide you with instructions about how to prepare your products for return. You will need the original plastic wrap (or any other protective covering) to prepare it for pick-up.

We’ll arrange for your existing product to be picked up right from your home at a date and time that’s convenient for you — and help place a new order for your replacement product. 

While in most cases we strive to have your mattress picked up within two business days after the required information has been received, it can sometimes take up to ten business days.

Additional pickup charges may apply if the mattress has been moved from the original shipping destination, or if the original shipping destination is in a remote location.

To be eligible for a return your item must 

  • be unused OR like-new (donatable) condition
  • unable to accept returns if mattress is stained or damaged 
  • require a receipt or proof of purchase 
2. REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/ phone call/ instant message to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5-14 days from our receipt date. Most are processed in 5-7 business days. If you are approved, then your full refund will be processed, 

 

Please note that we deduct 50% of total amount for cancelling.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY (Only Mattresses)

Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt.

  • You may make a return within 14 days after receiving the products. items are returned clean,  and with no damages.
  1. Customer can only change to more expensive product, otherwise cannot change product
  2. Customer can only change product if initial order exceeded 10,000 Bath
  3. For “Bangkok” area
  • We charge 50% for processing cost.

    For “Up country” area

  • We charge a 50% processing cost and 50% transportation cost.
  1. Only regular price mattresses can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. 

Meanwhile, mattresses bought during sale events, at markdown price, or using Vouchers can apply for return/exchange up to seven (7) days from the date when the order is received/collected.

  1. No exchange for bedding and bath accessories.
4. Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, contact us within 4-6 hours to have the best chance of stopping your order before it ships. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee order cancellation before shipment (depends on Terms and Conditions as specified by Company).
