1. RETURN POLICY 

SleepHappy.co.th guarantees that all purchased products are genuine, brand new and not defective. The products you received must not be damaged, work well and match with product’s description on our website. Please note that the return policy may change. Sleep Happy will only accept returns if our mattresses have manufacturing defects and have not been used. 

The returned item will be sent back to Sleep happy for quality control. Sleep happy will refund the paid price of the returned items if it meets Sleep Happy Return terms and condition.

To be eligible for a return your item must 

  • be unused OR like-new (donatable) condition
  • unable to accept returns if mattress is stained or damaged 
  • require a receipt or proof of purchase 

 

If Sleep Happy is faulty (product is damaged or defective), we will cover all shipping fees for returns regardless the refund method (credit, card or bank transfer);

If you have prepaid your order via Credit/Debit/ATM Card payment methods, you will receive your refund within 15 to 30 working days for local Debit Card and up to 60 days for Credit Card, depending on the refund method and the issuing bank.

2.TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLIED

Valid return product must meet all these requirements:

– Products must be returned together with the return form, Sleep Happy invoice, and receipt.

-Please provide a picture explaining the situation and email us at customerservice@sleephappy.co.th

– Products must have no sign of use or repair, full box, full accessories, client manual, stamps and/ or warranty cards and gifts (if any).

– Return windows are not more than 7 days (return due to convenience reasons) and 30 days (return due to defect reasons) count from the delivery day. The countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.

– Return reason need to be substantial and meet terms & conditions

– Sleep Happy can refuse to support if the actual receiver is not the same as receiver information provided in the order

– if the returned product does not fulfil all return requirement, we will reship it to customer.

– Please follow return instruction from Sleep Happy , do not follow other instruction from the delivery man.

3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

LATE RETURN:

We can accept a returnable item for up to 7 days from the date you initially got it. Sadly, after this period can’t be accepted, and your item will be shipped back to you. In the event that we get the same late return item a second time, we will keep your item and won’t have the capacity to issue credit or discount. Additionally, any used items including but not limited to having been exposed to smoke, pet hair, not in original condition cannot be accepted.

Wrong, damaged or defective items:

Our Members are at the heart of what we do, and we trust the product you get is precisely what you needed. In the event that you believe that an item was dispatched in blunder from Sleep Happy , or if that it arrives imperfect or harmed in travel, we need to offer assistance within 24 hours from delivery day. Please don’t hesitate to contact us info@sleephappy.co.th so we can make sure you are well-taken care off. Please fill in the Return Form here and fill in the issues you are facing. You will need the original plastic wrap to prepare for pick up. While most cases we strive to have your mattresses picked up within two business days after the required information is required sometimes it can take upto ten business days. Additional pick up charges may apply if destination has been moved from original shipping destination. 

ACCESSORIES: 

We do accept refunds, returns or warranty on our bedding accessories including pillows, pillow case, bed sheets, duvets, duvet covers, headboards, bases. 

4. EXCHANGE POLICY

After your purchase items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. 

Cancellation policy 

Should you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours after you’ve placed the order. The order cannot be canceled once surpassed the 24 hours.
